Geoffrey James is a writer/performer from Cleveland, Ohio who now resides in Los Angeles. 

He has written and directed six short films that have screened at the Cleveland International Film Festival, Montreal Film Festival, and HollyShorts. In 2016, Geoffrey was selected as Funny or Die's writing fellow, writing and directing sketches for their critically-acclaimed comedy website. He currently writes and stars in the weekly HeadGum series Geoffrey the Dumbass and Off Days.

Geoffrey is pursuing a degree in Film and TV Production at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. He can be seen every Friday night performing with USC's improv troupe, Second Nature, and at various indie shows throughout LA with his and Georges Saba's duoprov team, GEO Speedwagon. He also co-hosts the bi-monthly variety show HeadGum Live! with Jake Hurwitz and Amir Blumenfeld at UCB Sunset.
